Eleos Virtual Healthcare Solutions was founded by a physician, for physicians—born out of a real, pressing need to alleviate provider burnout and improve patient care.

Dr. David Pak, founder of Pak Medical Group, experienced firsthand the crushing weight of administrative overload in his own clinic. Like countless providers across the country, he spent long hours seeing patients, only to be buried under paperwork well into the evening and weekends. His focus was stretched thin, his work-life balance eroded, and despite his deep commitment to patient care, the burden of documentation was stealing the joy of practicing medicine.
Determined to find a solution, Dr. Pak pioneered the use of a dedicated Virtual Scribe within his own practice. What happened next was transformative. By integrating a trained Virtual Scribe to handle charting, chart prep, medication refills, lab orders, referrals, and scheduling—all within a single 15-minute patient appointment—he experienced an immediate shift in his daily routine and overall well-being. With administrative tasks off his plate, he regained 2-3 hours per day, eliminating after-hours charting and restoring work-life balance.
But the impact didn’t stop there. After piloting the program, Dr. Pak expanded it to all 60+ providers in his practice. The results? Clinic productivity surged, provider burnout and turnover dropped, and revenue increased—even after covering the cost of the scribes. Offering a dedicated scribe became a powerful recruiting tool, attracting new providers who saw it as a game-changer in work-life balance. In fact, when surveyed after six months of working with a scribe, 90% of providers said they would never work without one again.

What began as a personal solution to a clinic-wide challenge became the foundation of Eleos Virtual Healthcare Solutions. Since then, we have expanded beyond scribes to include Virtual Medical Assistants (VMAs), administrative support, and value-based care solutions—helping clinics operate more efficiently while allowing providers to focus on what matters most: patient care.
